Hairstylist/Cosmetologist Jobs in Ocala, FL at Drea Nicole’s Salon
Responsibilities:
– Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Perform makeup applications for special occasions and events
– Offer eyelash extensions and eyebrow shaping services
– Provide hair threading services
– Educate clients on proper hair and skincare techniques and recommend products for at-home use
– Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Assist with retail sales of beauty products
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology
Requirements:
– Valid cosmetology license
– Strong knowledge of color theory and hair coloring techniques
– Excellent customer service skills
– Proven experience in makeup application for different skin types and tones
– Ability to perform eyelash extensions and eyebrow shaping
– Knowledge of hair threading techniques
– Experience in retail sales of beauty products is a plus
– Ability to sanitize tools and equipment properly
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
– Knowledge of store management principles is a plus
– Familiarity with barbering techniques is a plus

Pay: $26.77 – $31.70 per hour
