Responsibilities:
Perform haircuts, blowouts, and hairstyling services according to client preferences and style trends.
Provide professional hair color services, including highlighting, balayage, and corrective coloring.
Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.
Recommend suitable hair care products and treatments to clients for at-home maintenance and salon visits.
Stay up-to-date with the latest hair care techniques, trends, and styles.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and ready for use.
Build and maintain a strong client base through exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon environment.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Cosmetology license from a recognized institution.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of hair care products, tools, and techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to actively listen and understand client needs.
Creativity and artistic flair in hairstyling.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and styles.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic salon environment.
