Duties:
– Perform a variety of cosmetology services including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Utilize color theory to achieve desired results for clients
– Perform clipping and precision cutting, permanent waves and blowouts
– Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
– Assist with front desk duties when needed
Experience:
– Must hold a valid cosmetology license
– Proficiency in clipping and precision cutting, permanent waves, blowouts and color theory
– Experience front desk operations is a plus
– Strong customer service skills and the ability to upsell products and services
