This is the perfect opportunity for a hairstylist who has a few clients, and is looking to grow and build more. Somebody who is professional, respectful, hard-working, and personable.
This position is hourly, plus commission on all services performed, plus any all tips. Weekly paycheck directly deposited on Fridays.
All supplies and tools are provided, except shears.
Color lines/Product lines:
Davines and Keune.
Training and support provided.
Duties
Perform a variety of beauty services including haircutting, styling, coloring, and blonding.
Utilize booking software to check out clients and rebook appointments.
Apply good consultation skills to enhance clients experience and perform services as requested.
Sanitizing tools, surfaces, and cleaning work areas.
Conduct self in professional and respectful manner.
Engage in useful activities to improve skills and build client relationships.
Manage guest services by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs throughout their visit.
Promote retail sales of beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license in accordance with state regulations.
Proven experience in performing various cosmetology services.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay: $17.00 – $35.00 per hour
