Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic Redken Elite team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair care and styling techniques, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, offering makeup application services, and providing nail care. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in eyelash extensions and hair extensions, while ensuring that clients leave feeling confident and satisfied.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
Apply makeup and offer beauty consultations to enhance clients’ overall appearance.
Perform nail care services as needed, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
Utilize color theory to achieve desired results for hair coloring and treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the front desk area.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Assist in store management tasks such as inventory control and retail math calculations.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or certification.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients.
Experience or training in eyelash extensions, hair extensions, makeup application, and nail care is preferred.
Knowledge of color theory and its application in hair services.
Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $3,500.00 – $7,000.00 per month
