We are currently seeking exceptional individuals to join our expanding salon team! Our owners not only have extensive salon experience, but they are also licensed hair stylists who work alongside our staff. With our doors open seven days a week, we are committed to providing top-notch service as a Paul Mitchell Focus Hair Salon. As a full-service hair salon, we offer a wide range of services including haircuts, coloring, highlighting, and more. Our philosophy revolves around delivering high-quality products and services to all our valued clients.
In addition to providing excellent service to our clients, we also offer some amazing perks to our staff. After one year of employment, you will be eligible for paid vacation and paid holiday time. We provide a guaranteed hourly wage, or you can choose to earn commission, whichever option earns you more in a given week. On average, our stylists earn around $18 per hour, plus tips, based on five stylists working an average of 17 hours per week.

Our commitment to exceptional service extends to our clients as well. We offer online booking, allowing clients to schedule appointments 24/7. Stylists also have access to a dedicated app on their iPhone or Android devices, enabling them to book appointments anytime, anywhere. If you happen to run into a client while out and about, you can even set up an appointment right then and there. We also have a loyalty program in place
