Haircraft, a growing curly hair and natural texture focused salon, in Missoula, MT looking for a stylist who is eager to learn how to build a thriving business working with their ideal clientele and/or curly hair. Current experience working with curly hair is not required, but, encouraged.
Options for booth rent, $185/week, or commission stylist, 30-40%, are available. Owner requires a minimum of 2 days per week assisting them in the salon ($10/hour) where you will learn advanced techniques for cutting curly hair, salon culture and client retention strategies.
Outside of working behind the chair, you will have paid one on one classes twice a month with the owner on advanced curly hair cutting and coloring techniques as well as business courses to build the business you want.
