IGK NYC is seeking a hard-working, and personable salon assistant to join our team! Please include a headshot with your application.
Responsibilities include
-Greeting clients, preparing refreshments for clients, etc.
-Washing and blow drying hair, applying glosses, mixing color, etc.
-Maintaining over all cleanliness of the salon, sweeping up hair, folding towels, etc.
-Opening and closing duties such as organizing stylist tools, cleaning stations, etc.
-Organizing and ordering inventory.
Qualifications:
-Must have a NYS cosmetology license
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to multi-task in high volume situations.
