Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team as a contractor with clients for a chair rental. As a Cosmetologist, you will provide a wide range of beauty services to our clients, including makeup application, hair styling, nail care, and barbering. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
– Perform a variety of beauty services such as haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Provide makeup application for special occasions and events
– Offer nail care services including manicures and pedicures
– Perform barbering services such as haircuts and beard trims
– Conduct hair threading for precise hair removal
– Assist clients in selecting retail products for at-home maintenance
– Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and preferences
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Experience:
– Valid cosmetology license
– Proven experience in providing cosmetology services
– Proficiency in makeup application techniques
– Knowledge of MINDBODY software is a plus
– Strong retail sales skills
– Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.33 – $28.33 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
