Responsibilities:
– Perform a variety of cosmetology services including hair threading, makeup application, nail care, and eyelash extensions.
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
– Upsell salon products and services to clients.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the cosmetology industry.
– Mentor and train junior cosmetologists.
– Assist with front desk duties as needed.
Qualifications:
– Valid cosmetology license.
– Proven experience in hair threading, makeup application, nail care, and eyelash extensions.
– Strong knowledge of retail math for upselling and retail sales.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work well in a team environment.
– Attention to detail and creativity in providing cosmetology services.
