Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and possess a variety of skills, including hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Perform nail care services as needed to enhance the overall client experience.
Utilize hair threading techniques for precise eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Assist with retail sales by recommending products that suit client needs.
Stay updated on current trends in hairstyling and cosmetology.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store management and operations.
Use MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Experience
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with straight razor techniques is an advantage.
Experience with hair extensions application is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting salon products.

Pay: Up to $26.59 per hour
