Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Maintain high standards of customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing personalized recommendations.
Mentor junior stylists and assist with their professional development.
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing salon software.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
Demonstrate proficiency in using tools such as straight razors for precision cuts.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of salon management practices is preferred.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Ability to mentor and guide less experienced stylists.
Strong understanding of color theory and application techniques.
Experience with hair extensions is a plus.
A valid cosmetology license is required.
