Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior stylists with daily tasks, including shampooing, blow-drying, and prep work.
Observe and learn various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming salon environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon workstations and tools.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in or completion of a cosmetology program (licensed or in progress).
A passion for hairstyling and a desire to learn.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to take direction.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Previous salon experience is a plus, but not required.
