Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and coachable Cosmetologist with a valid cosmetology license and a minimum of 1 year of experience in hair color, cutting, styling, hair extensions. The successful candidate will be a team player, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering exceptional beauty services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and growth-oriented salon/spa.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch beauty services, including nails, hair, makeup, or eyelash extensions, based on your expertise.
Actively listen to clients’ needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to create a friendly and professional salon/spa environment.
Stay open to coaching and training to enhance your skills and expertise.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
Provide expert advice on beauty care and recommend suitable products for clients.
Qualifications:
A valid cosmetology license in California.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hair color, haircut, styling
A positive attitude and a willingness to be coached and learn.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
A passion for the beauty industry and delivering exceptional service.

Pay: $33,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
