We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various hair styling techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to create stunning looks for clients while also mentoring junior stylists and contributing to a positive salon environment.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate styles and treatments.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair care and styling techniques.
Perform additional beauty services such as makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care as needed.
Mentor junior stylists by sharing knowledge of color theory, hair extensions, and threading techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up care.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
Knowledge of color theory to create customized color solutions for clients.
Experience with additional beauty services such as makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair extensions.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to mentor and guide junior stylists in developing their skills.
Familiarity with hair threading techniques is a plus.
A valid cosmetology license is required.
