We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in hair care and styling while providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.
Responsibilities
Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients’ hair color needs.
Sanitize tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations for hair care products and services.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
Maintain accurate client records using salon software for appointments, preferences, and service history.
Experience
Active licensure in Cosmetology/Hair Design/Barbering from the Oregon HLO
Familiarity with salon software systems is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients while providing excellent customer service.
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair care.

Pay: $14.70 – $40.00 per hour
