Responsibilities
Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences.
Sanitize tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
Offer facial waxing services with precision and care.
Utilize Daysmart software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing retail sales.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure the salon is clean and welcoming.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Skills
Proficient in various hair styling and color formula techniques.
Knowledge of retail product and sales effectively.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients positively.
Experience in store management or salon operations is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
