Duties
Perform haircuts, color treatments, styling, and chemical services according to client preferences.
Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts when appropriate.
Engage in retail sales by recommending and upselling hair care products tailored to clients’ needs.
Mentor junior stylists or interns by sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, tools, and equipment.
Skills
Proficient cosmetology techniques with a valid license.
Strong knowledge of hair care products and trends in the beauty industry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling products that benefit clients.
Ability to mentor others and provide constructive feedback in a supportive manner.
A keen eye for detail and creativity in styling techniques.
