Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic barber to provide excellent grooming services in a professional and friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to high-quality haircuts, shaves, and styling.
Responsibilities:
Provide haircuts, trims, shaves, beard grooming, and other grooming services
Ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all clients.
Offer professional advice and product recommendations for clients’ hair and grooming needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barbershop, including sterilizing tools and equipment.
Stay up to date with current hair trends and techniques.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.
Assist with scheduling appointments, managing walk-ins, and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Valid barber license in the state of Wyoming (or ability to obtain one).
Proven experience as a barber (minimum of 1-2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of hair cutting and styling techniques
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
