We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our dynamic team at Limitless Hair Studio. The ideal candidate is passionate about grooming, provides excellent customer service, and is proficient in a wide range of barbering techniques. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to a diverse clientele in a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide classic and modern haircuts, beard trims, hot towel shaves, and styling services.
Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend suitable styles.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area and tools in compliance with health and safety standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and products.
Manage appointment scheduling and walk-ins professionally.
Assist in promoting products and services offered by the barbershop.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional barbering experience.
Proficient in fades, tapers, straight razor shaves, and modern styling techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and time management.
Dependable, punctual, and well-groomed.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing client base is a plus.
