Job Description:
As a Hair Stylist at Texas Blonde Society, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional hair services that exceed our clients’ expectations. You will use your creativity and expertise to deliver a range of services, from cutting and styling to coloring and extensions, while ensuring a luxurious and personalized experience for each client.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation and Styling:
Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
Provide expert haircuts, styling, coloring, and extension services.
Offer professional advice on hair care, trends, and products.
Technical Excellence:
Utilize advanced techniques and the latest trends to deliver high-quality services.
Ensure precision and attention to detail in all hair services.
Continuously update skills through training and education.
Customer Experience:
Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
Ensure each client leaves the salon feeling confident and satisfied.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
Salon Collaboration:
Work closely with other stylists and staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to salon goals.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Product Promotion:
Recommend salon products to clients based on their hair needs.
Promote special offers and new services to enhance the client experience.
Achieve sales targets through product upselling.
