Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe

Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, assessing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
– Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, and styling based on client preferences and trends.
– Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure the health and safety of clients and staff.
– Utilize cosmetology and barbering skills to deliver high-quality services that meet client expectations.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations.
– Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the industry to offer innovative services.
– Possess a cosmetology or Barbering License and demonstrate proficiency in various hair styling techniques.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and deliver a seamless customer experience.
– Uphold store policies and procedures while also contributing to store management tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $30.00 per hour
