We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to create beautiful hairstyles and provide exceptional service to our clients. Your expertise in cosmetology, color theory, and various hair treatments will be essential in delivering personalized experiences that meet the unique needs of each customer. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while mentoring junior staff and assisting with front desk operations.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
Manage store operations effectively, including inventory management and product sales.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice.
Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification is required.
Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, styling techniques.
Strong understanding of color theory and its application in hairstyling.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Ability to mentor others and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.

Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
