RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Valid cosmetology license (will consider out of state license)
2. STRONG shampooing and blowouts skills on ALL hair types and textures.
3. Experience at a head spa is a HUGE plus.
4. Previous experience managing others is required.
5. Ability to perform scalp and neck massages.
6. Short nails (no acrylic or long nails).
7. Dependable, punctual, trustworthy, responsible, coachable, positive-mindset.
8. Work environment is very quiet, calm and tranquil.
9. Uphold our brand standards.
10. Ability to hire and train others.
11. Handle administrative tasks.
Benefits + Pay:
1. Training on managing common scalp and hair challenges
2. Pay is $20/hour during probation/training period.
Schedule:
Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Tuesday will be added later
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 – $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
