Responsibilities:
– Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
– Educate clients on proper hair care techniques
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist
– Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
– Knowledge of salon products
– Experience in retail sales and promoting salon products to clients
Skills:
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Attention to detail for precise haircuts and styling
– Creativity to suggest new hairstyles or colors that suit clients’ preferences
– Proficiency in front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
