We are a full-service salon seeking 3 to 4 talented and passionate hairstylists with established client followings to join our team. As a hairstylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair care services a welcoming and and professional atmosphere. Your expertise hairstyling, coloring, smoothing treatments and, outstanding customer service will be key to creating beautiful looks that booster clients’ confidence and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including haircuts, color treatments, blowouts and smoothing treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and provide expert recommendations.
Apply knowledge of color theory to create customized color solutions for clients.
Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions at the front desk.
Assist with retail sales by promoting hair care products that complement services provided.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and cutting, color technics and hair extensions.
Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere and assist in store tasks as needed.
Skills
Understanding of hair extensions application techniques.
Knowledgeable in sanitation practices to ensure client safety and hygiene.
Expertise in color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
Familiarity with front desk operations including scheduling and customer service.
Experience in retail sales to enhance client experience through product recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 – $200.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
