What You’ll Do at ATANA:
Manage reservations, update customer profiles, and ensure all appointments are optimized. Provide customers with a warm or cold beverage.
Hair Analysis using the high-definition microscope to detect scalp issues.
Suite Preparation for customers.
Prepare the customer’s service products at the workshop bar. Ensure all items and tools needed for the service are ready.
Blow-dry customers hair
Hair session will consist of hair wash, massage, scalp treatments and facial cleansing.
Lead client experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction is imbued with ATANA’s high standards and leaves a lasting impression.
Create a welcoming atmosphere, making each day feel like a celebration.
Keep the working space pristine, ensuring every corner reflects ATANA’s commitment to tranquility and cleanliness.
Who We’re Looking For:
Individuals with 1+ years in fast-paced, customer-focused roles.
Experience with Point of Sale systems is a plus.
Background in salon/spa environments is welcomed but not required.
Massage or Cosmetology Licensed is required
High School Diploma or GED
Bring a positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
