We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair styling techniques, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create stunning looks that enhance our clients’ natural beauty. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and ready for use.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Mentor junior stylists or trainees by sharing knowledge and best practices in hair styling techniques.
Promote retail sales of hair care products to clients, leveraging product knowledge to enhance their experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Knowledge of color theory and various hair coloring techniques.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to mentor others in hair styling techniques and best practices.
Familiarity with barbering techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
A valid cosmetology license is required.

Pay: $264.86 – $800.00 per day
