We are looking for a seasoned hairstylist with leadership, organization and creative ideas to grow with the company.
Take the lead and become a Hair Stylist/Shift Leader at Tower of Curls & Beyond! Our salon services all hair types, your current clients are welcomed with open arms. We are known for cutting curly hair dry but all hair types are welcomed. Training is provided in curls for you to become knowledgeable on how to cut and style curls but not required as your specialty. We prefer leadership to be your first specialty and seasoned stylist your second!
We are in searching for a stylist who will naturally take the lead in mentoring our team of Hair Artist! I envision you creating behind the chair and honing your skills working along side our team part of the day. The other part of your day will be dedicated time to fulfill lead responsibilities in day to day operations.
Responsibilities:
Providing hair services, process payments and scheduling in Vagaro
Leading or delegating to our team.
Closing out register (Mandatory Tues, Thur & every other Sat).
Aid in evaluating staff performance.
Help providing training and overall guidance.
Helping to maintain inventory of salon retail.
Social media calendar, posts & promotions.
Addressing and resolving client complaints when needed.
Ensuring that the salon is safe, clean and well-maintained at all times.
Requirements:
– Currently working as a seasoned Hair Stylist with clientele.
– A valid New Hampshire Cosmetology or Master Barber License
– Excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
