Loyalty Program Management (60%)
- Manage and operate the Loyalty Program, including point earning, redemption mechanics, and member benefits.
- Manage the Reward Page: reward catalogue, vouchers, and redemption rules.
- Monitor program performance (redemption, engagement) and propose improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (E-commerce, IT, Marketing…) to ensure smooth system operation.
- Execute loyalty initiatives such as burn point campaigns, gamification, and member promotions.
Partnership Development (30%)
- Identify and develop partnerships with external brands, merchants, or service providers to enrich the reward ecosystem.
- Negotiate and coordinate partnership benefits such as vouchers, offers, or co-marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with partners and ensure smooth execution of partnership programs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to launch partnership rewards on the reward platform.
Other Responsibilities (10%)
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Your Skills and Experience
- University Degree (Marketing, Economics, Finance & Banking is an advantage)
- 2-3 years of experience in loyalty programs, CRM, marketing operations, or platform operations.
- Experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, or loyalty platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of loyalty concepts (points, tiers, earn & burn, rewards).
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- High attention to detail and strong operational discipline.
- Hard-working, energetic, trust-worthy, ready-to-learn, ability to work extended hours and under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to write marketing content for loyalty campaigns, reward pages, and customer communications
- Experience using design tools such as **Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
