We are looking for an experienced, motivated head barber to lead out team and set the standard in service, skill, and style.
Duties
Cut hair and deliver top-tier grooming services
Sanitate all tools and workstations to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Utilize hair styling techniques including hair threading and nail care as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain knowledge of color theory to assist clients with dyeing services.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of barbers
Assist with scheduling, inventory and shop upkeep
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in barbering and hairstyling.
Represent the brand with professionalism and pride
Requirements
Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Proficiency in various barbering techniques including hair styling and grooming.
3+ years of experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must be licensed and reliable
