Key Responsibilities
Growth
- Drive revenue growth by increasing customer share of wallet and acquiring new customers
- Identify consumer needs and strengthen category assortment
- Bridge assortment gaps and continuously enhance selection
Profitability
- Own assortment strategy, including width and depth
- Plan and execute sourcing strategies (in-house and external)
- Optimize pricing and selection to ensure long-term profitability
Merchandise Excellence
- Participate in consumer research and insights gathering

Additional Information
Skills & Experience Required
- Assortment Building: 14+ years of experience in buying or merchandising, preferably in fast-paced environments (e-commerce exposure is a plus)
- Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end processes including fabric sourcing, design, production, costing, and sell-through
- Vendor Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial vendor relationships
- Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced setup with a hands-on approach
- Leadership: Strong team leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams of 15–20 members
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to blend data-driven insights with creative instincts
- Execution Focus: Bias for action, problem-solving, and simplification
- Grit & Ownership: Willingness to dive deep and persevere through challenges
- Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
