About the Role

XyberDreams is looking for a well-connected individual to lead brand partnerships and drive strategic collaborations. This role requires someone with direct access to decision-makers at consumer, fashion, and retail brands—someone who can open doors, establish relationships, and secure high-impact partnerships.

Responsibilities

Leverage an existing network to introduce XyberDreams to key brand decision-makers

Develop and execute outreach strategies to secure brand partnerships

Work closely with the founding team to refine pitches and close deals

Expand and maintain a strong network within consumer and fashion industries

Attend industry events and position XyberDreams as a leader in immersive commerce

Qualifications

Strong, verifiable connections with decision-makers at consumer and fashion brands

Experience securing partnerships or brand deals in retail, fashion, or e-commerce

Ability to develop long-term relationships that drive business growth

Deep understanding of how brands evaluate and adopt new digital experiences

Proven ability to work independently and execute high-level strategic initiatives

Compensation

Commission-based structure in the short term, with percentage-based earnings on closed deals

Potential transition to a fixed income and equity based on performance and growth metrics
