We are hiring a Head of Buying to build a trend-driven retail engine.
This role sits at the intersection of product, culture, and speed.
This is not traditional buying.
We are looking for someone who is constantly plugged into TikTok, Instagram, and emerging culture, and can convert that into product that sells immediately.
Industry: Toys Retail
You will:
• Spot trends early across TikTok, Instagram, and global markets
• Identify products and brands before they become mainstream
• Move fast from trend → sourcing → in-store execution
• Build a pipeline of fast-moving, high-demand products
• Take full ownership of sell-through and product performance
We are looking for someone who:
• Lives and breathes trends, not studies them after the fact
• Understands what will sell before others do
• Is fast, instinctive, and commercially sharp
• Has experience in high-velocity or trend-led retail environments
• Is obsessed with product performance and speed to market
This is a high-impact role with full ownership of product direction.
