We are looking for a Head of Buying who is both creatively driven and commercially astute—someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but shapes them. This is a strategic leadership role for an individual who can build a compelling product narrative while driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curate a distinctive and cohesive product assortment across décor, furniture, and objects
• Travel across India to source from artisans, designers, and emerging craft clusters
• Develop and manage strong vendor and partner relationships
• Lead buying strategy, assortment planning, pricing, and inventory management
• Identify and interpret trends to keep the brand relevant and differentiated
• Collaborate with VM and retail teams to deliver impactful in-store storytelling
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong design sensibility with a refined eye for detail and aesthetics
• Proven commercial acumen in retail buying and merchandising
• Deep appreciation for Indian crafts, materials, and regional narratives
• Experience within home décor, furniture, or design-led retail environments
• 8–10 years of relevant experience
