Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, growth-driven Head of Ecommerce and Digital Growth to lead the next phase of digital expansion for a premium fashion brand. This leader will own ecommerce growth strategy across customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and digital merchandising. The role will oversee the full online customer journey, from site experience through lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on profitable growth and performance optimization. This is a hybrid position based in New York City, requiring regular onsite collaboration.
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute ecommerce growth strategies that drive revenue, contribution, and long-term customer value.
- Own the digital marketing strategy across paid media, customer acquisition, retention, and overall channel performance.
- Analyze and optimize key performance metrics including conversion, ROAS, CAC, AOV, repeat purchase rate, and lifetime value.
- Oversee the end-to-end website experience, including navigation, mobile performance, personalization, search, and checkout optimization.
- Build and scale a strong testing culture through A/B testing, funnel analysis, UX enhancements, and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead digital merchandising strategy to improve product discovery, storytelling, launch execution, and conversion performance.
- Develop lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, loyalty, VIP, and win-back initiatives to increase retention.
- Manage external agencies, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong execution and accountability.
- Bring deep ecommerce expertise, ideally within women’s fashion, contemporary apparel, premium retail, or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Require 10+ years of experience leading high-growth ecommerce businesses, with a proven track record of scaling revenue profitably.
