Role Description
This is a full-time role for aHead of Ecommerceat Hidesign. As the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and growth of Hidesign’s ecommerce platform. This includes managing sales, web analytics, project management, and overseeing the company’s overall ecommerce business and ecommerce strategy. As an on-site role, this position is located in Puducherry.

Responsibilities:
· Creating the business plan for Hidesign.com, SOR, OR, omni-channel, marketplace and all other e-commerce sales.
· Ordering placement based on current stock, sell through and the business plan shared by partners for Hidesign
· Taking care of margin closure with the partners for Hidesign
· In-charge of increasing the primary sales YOY in co-ordination with all the partners.
· Planning marketing & promotions for visibility on all platforms to boost sales.
· Developing the overall e-commerce budget.
· Working in co-ordination with the design team to develop special ranges for specific partners.
Skills and Qualifications
· Proven track record of success in ecommerce sales
· Deep understanding of ecommerce business models and digital marketing strategies
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Strong ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
· Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· Experience in the fashion industry or luxury retail is a plus
