Brief Overview:

Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a rapidly growing DTC brand who are looking for a Growth & Ecommerce expert to come and scale there marketing offering. The business are now looking for a Head of Growth who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the performance marketing strategy as well as utilising a range of techniques such as SEO, PPC, Affiliate and Paid Social with a key focus of delivering growth in the US.

As Head of Growth & Ecommerce, you will be reporting to the CEO and play a critical role in leading the businesses growth strategy. The Head of Growth will have the hands on capability’s to deliver across customer acquisition, Ecommerce and retention as well as being the executive leader that can build a long term growth strategy.

Head of Growth & Ecommerce – Responsibilities:

You will work hands-on in our tools to manage all phases of marketing campaigns including audience segmentation and targeting, campaign execution, tracking response, follow up, and reporting and analysis.

Deploy A/B tests to drive the most effective ROI, by brainstorming and implementing experiments and conversion tests and scale campaigns to maximize ROI.

Monitor social media and Google Analytics and measure digital traffic.

Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.

Proven ability to maximize first-party data and develop high converting audiences.

Detailed understanding of audience targeting, testing, campaign optimization, analytic tools, and marketing technology.

A successful track record of driving online and offline sales through digital marketing campaigns.

Manage all aspects of the customer acquisition process including but not limited to coordinating with external agencies, team recruiting, vendor/tool selection, asset development.

Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns globally across all digital channels including SEM, programmatic display, paid social and affiliate marketing.

Own the forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of performance marketing budgets.

Head of Growth & Ecommerce – Skills:

Experience of running full end to end online cycle (Acquisition, Ecommerce & retention)

Ability to be hands on aswell as build strategy.

Experience scaling a business from 15M – 50M or 50M – 100M.

Must have experience in a DTC brand (ideally Fashion, wellness, fitness).
