Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for the Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing will lead marketing initiatives and strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing market plans, overseeing marketing management activities, conducting market research, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and supporting sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will also ensure alignment with company goals while leading cross-functional teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning, including the ability to develop and execute strategic plans and campaigns
- Strong Marketing Management skills with experience in overseeing projects and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in conducting Market Research to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities
- Experience in Sales and related activities to support customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Proven ability to build and manage Public Relations efforts to foster positive brand reputation
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven leadership experience in marketing within the retail or lifestyle industry is a strong advantage
