Launch Cycle is an AI-first growth marketing agency working with premium brands across India, Singapore, and the Middle East. We run paid media, SEO, AEO/GEO, CRM, content, creative and analytics for brands that take their growth seriously.
We are hiring a senior leader to run the India practice. This person is the founder's right hand across the business
What this role actually is
You are the most senior person on the marketing operations team. The entire performance marketing and SEO/GEO team reports into you. You own the quality of every campaign, every report, and every client relationship this agency has in this market. You are the first call a client makes when something is wrong, and the person who sets the bar for how we work.
This is not a manager who escalates upward. This is someone who resolves.
What you will own
- Full P&L accountability for the India client portfolio: retention, performance, and growth
- Direct client relationships at the senior stakeholder level, including founders, CMOs, and marketing leads
- All tracking and attribution infrastructure across India accounts: Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM, server-side setups, and Shopify attribution hygiene
- Team leadership across performance marketing and SEO/GEO: hiring, mentoring, setting standards, and holding the team accountable
- Campaign strategy and architecture across Meta, Google, and organic channels, with the ability to go hands-on when needed
- Driving new business in India alongside the founders, including pitches, proposals, and onboarding
- Owning the creative production workflow: briefing, managing, and quality-controlling a freelance bench of designers, copywriters, and creative specialists across client accounts.
- Internal SOPs, reporting frameworks, and delivery standards for the India practice
- Ownership of operational finance across the business – freelancer payments, vendor contracts, and delivery schedules on the cost side; client invoicing, follow-ups, and receivables on the revenue side.
What we need you to bring
- 7 to 10 years in digital marketing, with significant time in an agency setting running senior client relationships
- Deep, hands-on expertise in tracking and attribution: you understand event deduplication, CAPI implementation, GTM architecture, attribution windows, and why platform-reported numbers lie
- Strong command of Meta Ads and Google Ads at a strategic and structural level, not just campaign management
- Solid understanding of SEO and AEO/GEO, enough to lead and review the team's output with confidence
- Proven ability to brief, manage, and quality-control freelance creative talent, designers, copywriters, and production specialists, and hold the output to high standards
- Stakeholder management experience at the founder or C-suite level: you know how to hold a room, deliver difficult news, and keep a client relationship intact through performance volatility
- Experience leading and growing a specialist team
- Vertical experience in D2C e-commerce, premium fashion, or luxury hospitality is a strong advantage

This is not a role where you manage up and wait for direction. You will set direction. If you need heavy structure, frequent check-ins, or a large team underneath you to feel effective, this is probably not the right fit.
