Role Mission
The Head of Merchandising will help shape Mobelli’s product direction across furniture and homeware.
This role combines strong design instinct with commercial thinking to build collections that are trend-relevant, commercially successful, and aligned with the Mobelli brand.
Success in this role means improving inventory productivity, strengthening margins, and keeping Mobelli inspiring, relevant, and commercially competitive.
Key Areas of Accountability & Responsibility
Product & Assortment Strategy
Develop commercially strong furniture and homeware ranges that balance trend relevance, customer demand, and long-term category growth opportunities.
Trend & Customer Insight
Identify emerging furniture and lifestyle trends while guiding product, fabric, finish, and material decisions aligned with the Mobelli brand.
Buying & Supplier Management
Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate commercially sound pricing, lead times, MOQs, and exclusivity opportunities.
Merchandise Planning & Inventory
Use product performance, sales trends, and inventory insights to support commercially informed assortment and inventory decisions.
Visual Merchandising & Product Presentation
Ensure product presentation supports commercial priorities, showroom storytelling, and a cohesive customer experience.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
Lead merchandising standards across teams while improving collaboration, reporting, and operational alignment across the business.
Commercial & Strategic Ownership
Balance strong product instinct with commercial thinking to support customer experience, product direction, and long-term brand positioning.
