Job Description
As a Head of MTI (FMCG), your main responsibilities will include:
Leading the sales team to achieve set targets.
Implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth in the FMCG industry.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Managing sales budgets and forecasting sales performance.
Developing and implementing training programs for the sales team.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Reporting on sales performance to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of MTI (FMCG) should have:
A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
Proven 5-10 experience in a key account management role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive a team towards achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
A strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends.
Willing to travel across nation.
