We are seeking a dynamic and strategics Operations Head to lead and optimize our company’s operations processes. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
Align operations with company’s growth plans and market demands
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability
Process Optimization and Performance Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal workflow across departments
Identify bottlenecks and implement lean, scalable and cost-effective solutions.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track operational success.
Team Leadership 7 Cross-Functional Collaboration:
*Lead and mentor operations, production, supply chain, and logistics teams
Foster collaborations between design, production, sales and finance to improve synergy.
Ensure teams are aligned with the company’s vision, values, and objectives.
Supply Chain & Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
Optimize inventory control, procurement, and distribution for cost efficiency.
Ensure supply chain resilience and timely product delivery.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Implement strict quality assurance measures to maintain brand standards.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, labor laws, and ethical sourcing.
Oversee risk management and safety protocols across operations.
Key qualification and skills:
Proven experience in operations leadership in high fashion, retail, textile or exports.
Strong expertise in supply chain, logistics, and process optimization.
Ability to analyze data, set KPIs, and drive performance improvements.
Experience in team leadership, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and quality assurance.
Strog problem-solving, decision making and project management skills.
Tech-savy with experience in operational software.
