Your mission is to build the operational foundation that allows WICK MONSTERS to grow without compromising speed, quality or creativity.
WHAT YOU’LL OWNOperational Structure
Build the company’s operational structure.
Define roles, workflows and priorities that enable sustainable growth.
Processes & SOPs
Implement operating procedures, monitoring systems and professional tools that improve efficiency across the business.
Production & Sourcing
Work directly with manufacturing partners in China.
Coordinate product development, sampling and production timelines.
Logistics & Warehousing
Manage daily operations with warehouses in China and international logistics partners.
Oversee inventory, shipments, incidents and replenishment.
Drops, Launches & Events
Coordinate product launches, campaigns, PR activities and brand activations.
Organisation & Scalability
Identify operational bottlenecks.
Design solutions that allow the business to grow efficiently without compromising quality.
Talent & Team
Help identify exceptional people.
Build and develop the team that will support the next stage of WICK MONSTERS.
AI & Automation
Introduce AI tools and automation that improve processes, increase productivity and support better decision-making.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for people who enjoy building systems, solving complex problems and taking ownership.
People who thrive in fast-moving environments.
People who turn ideas into execution.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in fashion, streetwear, e-commerce or fast-growing brands.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in brands during periods of rapid growth.
- A solid understanding of the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and productivity software.
- The ability to design operational structures, procedures and scalable processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Native or bilingual proficiency is highly valued.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
You’ll likely recognise yourself if you’ve worked in:
- E-commerce
- Operations
- Production
- Logistics
- Product Management
Experience within fashion or streetwear brands is highly valued.
Experience in companies such as Scuffers, Nude Project, EME Studios or Cold Culture is especially relevant.
You’ll also be comfortable managing launches, collaborations and working directly with factories and suppliers in China.

Salary
€40,000 – €60,000 gross per year
Depending on your experience and the value you bring to the role.
