We have partnered with a heritage fashion business undergoing a period of transition towards a customer centric culture where exceptional service and product quality drive growth and success.
The Role:
Our client are seeking an Interim Head of Product to lead our clients product efforts during this transitional phase. This role is pivotal in driving assortment planning, product strategy, and collaboration across departments, and you will work closely with Marketing and Sales Managers to align product development with customer needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Product Department, transitioning from specialized roles to a generalist structure.
Develop and manage product assortments, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer expectations.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to build cohesive strategies for success.
Provide hands-on leadership to a team of 4–5, fostering stability and structure in the short term.
Oversee product development processes with a focus on undergarments and swimwear categories.
Requirements:
Proven experience in product management, particularly in assortment planning.
Expertise in undergarment and swimwear product lines is highly desirable.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams.
Full-time availability to work on-site in the Netherlands office (East)
Start Date: Immediate availability preferred.
Day rate: Flexible depending on experience
Duration: 2-month contract
