Due to our exciting growth, we are currently hiring a Head of Research to join our team.
At least 2-3 years experience in fashion recruitment either in-house or agency is required plus strong knowledge of luxury and premium brands.

The Role:Head of Research
If you are a current recruiter with at least 2-3 years of industry experience within an agency or in-house and can demonstrate consistent results in a previous similar role, we want to hear from you.
You will need to be ambitious, confident, tenacious, and a true self–starter, with a keen interest in the fashion industry.
The role will be responsible for sourcing and headhunting candidates management and Director level roles. Ideally, you would have had exposure to recruiting at management level across retail corporate functions within the UK and international markets, however, we are also able to support an experienced Recruiter to develop in this area.
Our core focus as a business is at senior management to Director level, so experience in delivering on Retained and Exclusive projects would also be a real advantage. Working side by side with the founders and Directors of Mode Search you will receive hands-on guidance and support.
The ideal candidate will have a real flair for developing our candidate experience which is of high importance to us as a business. You will appreciate the autonomy and freedom given by a boutique search firm environment.
The role will offer the flexibility to develop into a 360 role or focus on developing into a Director of Research position.
You will have the opportunity to get involved in creating your niche area where you can have true ownership and work across a variety of specialisms including PR and Social Media, Omni channel, Digital, E-commerce and marketing, Retail Operations, and Human Resources. Requirements
Recruitment experience in the fashion / luxury sector
Minimum 2-3 years experience
Fashion brand/industry knowledge across premium and luxury
