Position Overview
The Head of Retail accelerate sales achievement of Company goals which includes the activities of growth opportunity identification, sales strategy development, coach and motivate sales forces, distributors management.
Job Responsibilities:
To set-up the coverage plan for MT, GT, and make sure its execution was according to the business plan.
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goal, including GTM plan, competitor benchmarking, and pricing plan
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills to secure contracts with SG’s retailers and distributors
Expand market share, penetrating new accounts (e.g., retailers, distributors), and retaining key clients
Manage SG’s retail landscape, EC platforms and GT distributors
Skilled in performance tracking, coaching, and fostering a results-driven culture.
Complete all reports as the management’s request.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management or other equivalent field of study
Excellent analytical, problem solving, people and presentation skills
Good leadership, business acumen and drive for end result
Proven track record in B2C, preferably in the FMCG sector, with at least 8+ years of Sales experience
Prior experience in tissue or related paper-based product industries is a strong plus
