We are building a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle business and are looking for a Retail Head to manage and scale our offline retail operations.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing multiple retail outlets end-to-end, driving revenue, ensuring strong in-store execution, and curating the right product mix. This role requires a strong balance of operations, sales, and merchandising understanding.
What you will do
Store Operations & Management
- Manage 3–4 retail outlets simultaneously
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Maintain high standards of store experience and visual merchandising
Revenue & Performance
- Drive store-level revenue and profitability
- Track and improve key metrics:
- Sales per store
- Conversion rate
- Average bill value
Curation & Merchandising
- Curate product selection based on customer demand and trends
- Ensure right assortment, availability, and display
- Work closely with category teams for inventory planning
Team Management
- Manage and mentor store staff
- Ensure strong on-ground execution and discipline
- Drive performance and accountability
Retail Monitoring & Insights
- Monitor store performance regularly
- Identify gaps and implement improvements
- Provide insights on customer behaviour and product demand
What we are looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in retail operations / store management
- Experience managing multiple stores (3–4 outlets)
- Strong understanding of fashion retail and merchandising
- Proven ability to drive sales and operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and execution skills
