Key Responsibilities
Retail Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement the retail strategy to drive revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Expand GQ’s retail footprint in alignment with brand positioning and strategy.
Operational Excellence
Establish operational policies, SOPs, and KPIs across stores to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Monitor store performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Optimize inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and inspire a team of area managers, store managers, and frontline staff.
Create and deliver training programs that reflect GQ’s innovation-led, customer-first values.
Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Customer Experience
Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience across all retail touchpoints.
Implement feedback loops and customer insights to enhance service and product offerings.
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Brand teams to ensure retail experience reflects GQ’s identity and innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and E-commerce team to support integrated go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
At least 10 years of progressive retail operations experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Proven success in managing multi-store retail networks, including P&L responsibility.
Strong relationship and connection with department stores and local malls
Excellent leadership and team development skills.
Deep understanding of customer experience, merchandising, and retail tech integration.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Fluency in Thai and English required.
