HEAD OF RETAIL SALES AND OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Description:
As the Head of Retail Sales and Operations, you will oversee the performance and operations of 9 retail showrooms and the online store. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high service standards, meeting sales targets, and aligning the retail strategy with company objectives. This role involves general oversight, people management, system improvements, and representing the company on regulatory matters when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive all retail branches and the online store to meet and exceed sales targets by continuously motivating and guiding the sales teams.
Ensure proper staffing across all stores at all times and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Collaborate with the senior retail and design teams to clarify brand strategy and translate it into clear, actionable plans.
Lead, inspire, and manage the retail operations team to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.
Review operational capacity and team capabilities regularly to ensure business goals are met efficiently.
Develop and execute local marketing and promotional activities to drive in-store footfall and sales.
Ensure all retail outlets are compliant with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Effectively recruit, induct, train, and develop Retail Managers and Sales Executives to build a high-performance team.
Clearly communicate business goals and ensure alignment across the retail network, from managers to front-line staff.
Analyze and improve workflows, staff deployment, space utilization, and equipment layouts to enhance efficiency.
Prepare annual budgets, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions where needed.
Contribute insights and operational recommendations to strategic planning sessions, implement productivity and customer service initiatives, and identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Fashion Retail, Business Management, or related field
Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in a similar role within the retail fashion industry
Deep understanding of retail operations, customer behavior, and merchandising practices
Ability to travel island-wide to manage retail operations effectively
Possession of a valid motorbike driving license will be a significant advantage
