MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Head of Retail Services is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the support of store operations. He/she plays a crucial role in ensuring effective communication to and from stores, minimizing losses, ensuring operational efficiency by driving continuous improvement, providing store support, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Able to speak Dutch would be preferred (optional).
Proven experience in senior Retail Operations leadership roles within the retail industry, preferably in a supermarket or grocery chain.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of retail operations, store processes, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with retail technology solutions and systems.
